BIOGRAPHY

Gordon M. Greve

After working in senior management positions with JP Morgan Chase, Hong Kong Shanghai Banking Corporation, Merrill Lynch, Coldwell Banker Acquisitions and The Heim Group, Mr. Greve has developed a strong and varied knowledge of valuations, mergers/acquisitions and financial planning. Over his career he has developed long-lasting relationships with many individual entrepreneurs/business owners, upper level private equity personnel, lawyers and CPAs associated with both national and regional firms throughout the country.

While holding senior management positions with JP Morgan Chase and Hong Kong Shanghai Banking Corporation, Mr. Greve developed skills in budgeting, financial planning and reporting. While at Merrill Lynch and Coldwell Banker Acquisitions, he was instrumental in building, through acquisition, a countrywide network of real estate, escrow and mortgage companies, identifying select target candidates for possible acquisition and conducting one-on-one meetings with the targeted business owners. Working closely with owners, Mr. Greve would discuss the company, review financial information and outline deal scenarios. While in the process, he would be working with the corporate due diligence, legal and human resource teams. Throughout his career, Mr. Greve has developed strong working relationships with business owners, as well as their financial and legal representatives. He continued the same success with his time representing The Heim Group.

Mr. Greve holds an MBA in Finance from Fordham University and a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from St. John's University.

As is evident from his experience, Mr. Greve has an impressive background in finance, planning and acquisitions. He holds a California Brokers license. He has been a past board member of the La Jolla YMCA and past president of All Hallows Sports Club.
